I was deep in conversation with Claude about ancient spiritual texts when something shifted. We were exploring the Book of Enoch's cosmic timeline and divine law when I asked about connecting these concepts to another text I'd been studying. Claude began citing sources, weaving together insights, building what felt like profound spiritual understanding.
Then I noticed something troubling: every single citation was incorrectly attributed to "the Book of Enoch" when the sources were actually modern scientific research on circadian rhythms and lunar cycles.
"I think you're glitching," I said. "All references are to the Book of Enoch."
In that moment, I realized we were facing one of the most critical challenges of our time: How do we collaborate with artificial intelligence while maintaining our capacity for truth-seeking, spiritual discernment, and authentic wisdom?
As an entrepreneurship professor at Meredith College who works with women innovators daily, I see this challenge everywhere. We're being offered a powerful tool that can process vast amounts of information and identify patterns beyond human capability. But that same tool can generate convincing falsehoods, perpetuate historical biases, and potentially disconnect us from our own inner wisdom.
How to use AI in ways that serve our highest good and maintain our integrity as truth-seekers and wisdom-holders?

The Feminine Wisdom Crisis
Much of our current AI development has emerged from masculine-coded competitive environments that prioritize efficiency, domination, and optimization over connection, wisdom, and harmony. This matters profoundly, especially for women innovators who often bring different values to problem-solving.
Throughout history, women's ways of knowing—intuitive wisdom, cyclical thinking, relational intelligence, embodied knowledge—have been systematically devalued or erased. Now we risk having AI systems trained primarily on information that reflects these historical biases, potentially amplifying the very imbalances we're working to heal.
But what if we could change this? What if we could develop ethical AI collaboration approaches that honor both rigorous analysis and wisdom traditions? What if we could ensure that technology serves to restore rather than further disrupt natural balance?
